A Vision By The Sea
The clients wanted a home that celebrated the beach lifestyle, with bright, open spaces and a strong connection to the outdoors. Maximising natural light and creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow were key priorities, allowing the home to be enjoyed throughout the year.

The coastal environment required careful consideration of orientation, exposure and durability. The design also needed to balance privacy and shelter while making the most of available sunlight and outdoor living opportunities.
Sea Breeze Lifesyle
Open-plan living areas were positioned to capture natural light and connect directly to generous outdoor entertaining spaces. Large windows and sliding doors create a seamless transition between inside and out, while a simple material palette reflects the relaxed coastal setting.
